Terms of service

LiveRound Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs LiveRound. You agree to these terms when you create an account or buy a pack. You can email questions or complaints to support@liveround.ai.

LiveRound lets you practice system design interviews out loud with an AI interviewer and a live whiteboard, then gives you a written feedback report. We record each mock. You need a laptop or desktop computer, a microphone, and a stable internet connection.

Your feedback is written by AI to help you practice. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it can’t predict how a real interview will go. We don’t promise any interview result or job offer.

If you name a target company, the interviewer adapts its style to that company based on public information. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any company you practice for.

You must be 18 or over to use LiveRound. You may use it only in line with the law and these terms. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Don’t misuse the service, try to get around its security, disrupt other users, or upload content you don’t have the right to use. Don’t create extra accounts to claim the money-back guarantee more than once.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

To start a mock, you buy a mock pack. A pack is a one-off purchase. Each pack adds mocks to your balance, and each interview you start uses one. Mocks expire a year after you buy them and then leave your balance.

You can cancel a pack for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you buy it. To cancel, email support@liveround.ai saying you want to cancel. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. You’re in time as long as you send your message before the 14 days are up.

When you buy a pack, you ask for your mocks to be available immediately. So if you cancel, you pay for the mocks you’ve already used and we refund the rest. Mocks you’ve used count against your other packs before the pack you cancel. Once you’ve used every mock in a pack, you can no longer cancel it.

After 14 days, we don’t give refunds if you change your mind, except under the money-back guarantee below, but your rights if something goes wrong still apply.

If LiveRound isn’t right for you after your first mock, you can get a full refund of your first pack. Email support@liveround.ai within 30 days of buying your first pack and before you start a second mock. We refund what you paid for that pack in full, to the payment method you used, and remove its remaining mocks. Other packs you’ve bought aren’t affected.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@liveround.ai. Deleting your account removes your interview history, custom questions, and any mocks you haven’t used.

If you can still cancel a pack, we treat your request as cancelling it and refund you as described under “Your right to cancel”. If the money-back guarantee applies, we refund your first pack in full instead.

We may change LiveRound or these terms to improve the service, fix problems, keep it secure, or keep up with changes in the law or our providers.

If a change makes the service materially worse for you, we’ll email you first, and you can ask for a refund of the mocks left in your balance. If a change to these terms is worse for you, we’ll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don’t accept it, tell us before then, and we’ll delete your account and refund the mocks left in your balance.

LiveRound may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. If we stop offering it, we’ll give you reasonable notice by email and refund the mocks left in your balance.

We’re responsible for loss you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the total amount you’ve paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business, for example if we sell LiveRound. The transfer won’t affect your rights under these terms. You can transfer your rights under these terms to someone else only if we agree.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings about them in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in the courts where you live. This doesn’t take away any protection the law where you live gives you.
